Account / Data Deletion Request
Android version 1.1.2 or later
Starting with version 1.1.2, you can delete your account and associated data directly within the app:
- Open the Random Wheel app.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen.
- Select Delete Account and confirm the deletion.
The Delete Account button is only displayed to users who have connected an account. It is not displayed to anonymous users.
Android version 1.1.1 or earlier
If you are using version 1.1.1, 1.1.0, or any earlier Android version, account deletion is not available directly within the app. You can either update the app to version 1.1.2 or later and use the Delete Account button, or send an account deletion request to our support team.

- Please include, if applicable, the email address or account identifier used in the app and a brief description of your request.
What happens when your account is deleted
Account deletion permanently removes your authentication record and all data associated with your account. This includes your user data, connected account information, saved wheels, spin history, purchase requests, and purchase data stored by Random Wheel.
Android purchases are not subscriptions. When your account is deleted, the purchase request and Premium entitlement associated with that account are also permanently deleted. As a result, any Premium access linked to the deleted account will be lost.
Account deletion cannot be undone. Once the data has been deleted, our support team cannot recover or restore your account, purchases, wheels, spin history, or any other deleted data.
After deletion, a new anonymous user will be created automatically if you continue using or reopen the app.
