1) Who we are

This website ("Service") is operated by LATT Software LLC.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. (Advertising consent, where required, is handled separately via the consent banner.)

2) What the Service does (and doesn't)

The spin wheel is for entertainment only. Results are suggestions, not commands.

We run no user accounts and no server-side database. Your inputs/settings are stored only in your browser's Local Storage and are not transmitted to us. We do not monitor what you type, and we cannot see your inputs.

3) User content & responsibility

You are solely responsible for anything you enter into the wheel. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate purposes, including (without limitation):

illegal content or rights violations (IP infringement, privacy violations),
hate speech, harassment, obscene content, or defamation,
gambling/betting/lotteries, or promoting such activities,
spam, automated scraping, reverse engineering, disrupting or overloading the Service.

We may technically restrict or disable access if we become aware of misuse, but we are not obliged to monitor user content.

SELF-HARM / DANGEROUS CONTENT PROHIBITED
You must not enter any item that encourages or instructs self-harm, suicide, violence, eating disorders or other dangerous activities. We do not proactively monitor entries and cannot prevent every misuse across all languages. Remove any unsafe or distressing entry immediately. Wheel results are never a reason or instruction to harm yourself or others. If you or someone else may be in danger or crisis, seek professional or emergency help instead of using this Service.

4) No gambling / no decisions

The Service is not a gambling platform and offers no prizes. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial or other important decisions.

5) Intellectual property & license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in a standard web browser. You may not copy, modify, host, resell, or create derivative works from the code, design, or assets. Some icons/graphics are third-party content (e.g., used under license); all such materials remain the property of their respective owners and must not be extracted or redistributed.

6) Availability & changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

7) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are liable only as follows:

Unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health.
For simple negligence, liability exists only for breach of material contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten); in that case it is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.

Mandatory statutory liability (e.g., Product Liability Act) remains unaffected. We are not liable for user content or for uses prohibited by these Terms. Your consumer rights remain unaffected.

8) Indemnity

If a third party makes a claim against us due to your unlawful use or your violation of these Terms, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from such claims (including reasonable legal fees), unless you are not responsible.

9) Third-party services (Ads)

We may display ads via Google. Google acts as an independent controller for ad processing. See our Privacy Policy for details and your consent choices. Ads will not load in the EEA/UK without your prior consent where required.

10) Age

The Service is intended for users 16+ (or the local age of digital consent). If you are younger, use only with the consent and appropriate supervision of a parent/guardian.

11) Safety / no obligation to act

Wheel outcomes are random suggestions. You are NEVER required to perform any selected item. Always apply your own judgement and skip or delete items that are unsafe, unhealthy, age‑inappropriate, illegal, or not permitted in your circumstances. For physical activities or dietary changes, consider your personal health and consult a qualified professional if unsure. Minors must use the Service under suitable adult supervision.

12) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA/UK, your mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. If you are a merchant, exclusive venue is our place of business.

13) Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
